As I write this I am uploading the next release candidate of Open Watcom v1.9. This release candidate fixes about a dozen issues that were identified with RC1. Please direct any questions or comments about this release candidate to either myself or to the Open Watcom contributor's news group.

Hi, me very much to like Open Watcom and I want to ask, why the editor of a code and other means from a set Open Watcom do not support Russian and Russian letters?

Because Open Watcom is an open source project the work that gets done on it is entirely due to the efforts of volunteers. As a result the contributors tend to work on only the issues that interest them personally or that are directly related to their needs. Support for other locales would be a great addition to Open Watcom, but so far nobody has stepped forward to add that support.
